You are a great teacher and thank you for allowing me to be your Student. With every Yoga session, I felt more oneness with myself which always left me looking forward to the next session. I love your personality and your overall positive energy and I THANK YOU for providing me with a “SAFE” space to learn Yoga without the feeling of intimidation that I would have felt during an actual class.
SHULTZ GIFTED HEALTHCARE FULL
I strongly believe that not only Physical Therapy helped heal my Achilles but also the Yoga practice together has allowed me a full recovery in a shorter amount of time. Thank you for being so accommodating with the practice to help me heal. I left every session feeling completely renewed especially during the challenging times with my Achilles injury. Thank you for introducing me to not only the Yoga Practice but to other methods of body and breath awareness and just simply “being” in the moment. I began my Yoga Practice Journey with the intention of learning the basic Yoga poses and received SO MUCH more than what I was expecting.

You came highly recommended and I am truly blessed to have you as my Yoga Teacher. He began to develop an ethos of disease prevention and wellness, focusing on how health relates to our behaviors, mindset, and environment. He found sports and fitness to be a catalyst in feeling better, revealing the strong connection between physical activity and mental health. He believes that physical activity was a critical piece to setting him on a pathway to feeling better both physically and mentally, and he hopes to help others do the same.Īs a paramedic and nurse, Matt worked with many patients dealing with the symptoms of chronic disease. In high school, Matt initially struggled with depression and anxiety. During his enlistment, he worked in a variety of medical settings ranging from an ambulance to providing care for wounded soldiers returning from deployment.
